Terms of use
These terms cover using I Am At at iamat.tech. By making a card or running an event here, you agree to them. If something is unclear, email hello@iamat.tech.
Making cards
Anyone can make a card on the homepage or on an event link. Cards are made in your browser. You are responsible for the photo and words you put on your card and for where you post it.
Organiser accounts
- Organiser access is by invitation. We review every request and may decline one without giving a reason.
- Every new event is reviewed before its link goes live, unless we have switched approval off for your account.
- We set the number of events and attendees for each account, and we may change these limits.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your designs
You keep the rights to the designs, logos and images you upload. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people who open your event link, only so we can run your event.
Only upload material you have the right to use. Don't upload designs that:
- use another organisation's brand or logo without permission, or pretend to be someone else;
- are unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading;
- collect personal information from attendees or send them elsewhere to do so.
Using the service fairly
Don't try to get around attendee limits, scrape the site, interfere with how it works or use it to send spam. We may pause or remove an event, or close an account, that breaks these terms.
Design help
When you ask us to design a card, we make it from the brief and images you send. You can edit it afterwards. We may decline a brief we can't take on.
Availability
We work hard to keep I Am At running, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. Features may change as we improve the product. We'll tell organisers in advance about changes that affect their live events.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes
When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If you keep using I Am At, the new terms apply.
